Benchmate Bar Codes for Inventory is a convenient, cost-effective tool for storeroom management. It is ideal for unattended storerooms.

Traditional methods using storeroom attendants to track parts issued and maintain a minimum level of critical parts are too expensive for all but the largest facilities. Log out sheets are often ignored by maintenance people in a hurry.

Benchmate offers a convenient, accurate system to track and count parts. It is fully integrated with Benchmate CMMS to provide current spare parts Quantity-On-Hand and Status information.

This system consists of:

  • Portable, hand-held bar code scanner,
