Summary

Numerous enhancements to Benchmate have been made in response to your requests. They are summarized in the following sections:

Equipment Screen

Equipment Status field: when set to OUT-OF-SERVICE removes linked Preventive Maintenance jobs from schedule.

PM Scheduling Enhancements

New PM Status screen facilitates scheduling PMs scheduled by equipment use (e.g.: HOURS or COUNT).  All PMs scheduled by ‘use’ are listed along with the most recent meter data to show the percent completion of the current PM interval.  JOB STATUS can be automatically set to WAITING until ready to be scheduled.

Backlog Report

This report has been modified to show all scheduled jobs that have not been completed prior to a specified SCHEDULE DATE.

Maintenance Requests Report (new)

This new Job Planning report shows Maintenance Requests – both Trouble Calls and Work Orders that have an entry in the REQS’D BY field and have not been scheduled.
